The Model DCF-TL is a larger diameter carbon steel 150# flanged duplex strainer for use in continuous flow applications to avoid shutting down the system for cleaning.
The Scotch yoke style diverter uses a single diverter shaft to transfer the flow. Bubble-tight sealing is achieved through the use of Buna-N O-rings. The three-piece design allows the unit to be rebuilt or repaired inline if needed.
The standard screens are a 304 stainless steel, 1/8" perforation, but many other sizes and materials are available.
Typically these units come with a gear operator, however pneumatic an electric actuation is available. Contact the factory for details.
